DayPilot Pro "Web" Edition

• For web applications provided as SaaS (software as a service), public online applications

• 12 months of maintenance subscription included

DayPilot Pro "OEM" Edition

• Redistribution of the binaries as part of one application (a specified number of deployed instances)

• Includes an SaaS license (allowing you to host this application for your customers)

• JavaScript source code included (non-minified)

• 12 months of maintenance subscription included

License and Maintenance Subscription

All editions include a perpetual license and a maintenance subscription, as described below. The maintenance subscription includes new versions (new features, improvements, bug fixes, security fixes and browser compatibility fixes) and support.

All editions (except for the Web Mini edition):

• 12 months of upgrades and support (maintenance subscription).

• You can renew the subscription for 25% of the full license price.

Web Mini edition:

• 6 months of upgrades and support (maintenance subscription).

• The subscription is not renewable.

The renewal is optional. However, please note that it is only possible to renew the subscription if it is still active or if it has expired less than 6 months ago.

Online Purchase Process

• USD online purchases are handled by Fastspring, our payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record.

• EUR online purchases are handled directly by us (Annpoint, s.r.o.). This option is available for VAT-registered EU entities.

• You will receive a download link to the latest DayPilot Pro version immediately after the order payment is processed.

• You will receive login details for the customer area. Your customer area account will be activated within a few minutes.

Local Taxes

The prices listed above are exclusive of local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.).

EU VAT

• Customers based outside of the EU (businesses, consumers)
  You will not be charged the EU VAT. However, other local taxes may apply.

• Business customers based in the EU
  If you have a valid VAT ID please make sure that you enter it during the online purchasing process. You will not be charged any VAT in that case.

• Individuals based in the EU
  You will be charged VAT at the rate valid in your country.

Refunds

• Please contact sales@daypilot.org to ask for a refund. Refund requests are evaluated individually.
